In pain you want someone to be compassionate to your needs as a pet owner. Joe did that for our family without complaint. Part of the unfortunate reality in raising livestock is you'll have the unthinkable happen, and despite your best efforts, have an animal pass on you. Shipley & Sons are very quick to respond, professional and empathetic towards your situation.
